Grapevine, TX – April 30–May 4, 2025 – AWC Advanced Wound Care proudly participated in the Symposium on Advanced Wound Care Spring 2025, the nation’s largest and most influential wound care meeting, hosted at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center.
The Symposium on Advanced Wound Care, held twice annually, is recognized as the premier platform for bringing together clinicians, researchers, and industry leaders to share knowledge, present new therapies, and shape the future of wound healing. With its strong focus on evidence-based practice, multidisciplinary collaboration, and cutting-edge innovation, the conference continues to set the standard for advancing patient care in the United States and beyond.
At this year’s spring conference, AWC’s Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Faila Santos, presented a scientific poster highlighting AWC’s commitment to innovation and its leadership role in applying evidence-based solutions to improve patient outcomes. CEO Peder Johnsen was also in attendance, strengthening AWC’s engagement with the broader wound care community, fostering professional collaborations, and ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of clinical and scientific dialogue.

The Symposium on Advanced Wound Care Spring 2025 featured more than 80 sessions led by over 200 distinguished experts, along with an exhibit hall showcasing the latest innovations in wound care treatment and technology.
