Amanda Thompson

Amanda Thompson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to patients of all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in 2012 while working as a registered nurse in the operating room, and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of South Florida in 2015. With over a decade of experience in emergency medicine, dermatology, and wound care, Amanda is passionate about optimizing patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and a holistic approach to healing. She is committed to improving quality of life by performing thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and prioritizing patient and family education.

Haili Harless

Haili Harless is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and Certified Wound Specialist with nearly 14 years of nursing experience and 5 years in advanced practice. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2020 and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from The University of Tampa. Haili has dedicated her entire NP career exclusively to wound management, providing specialized care to patients across skilled nursing facilities and mobile wound-care settings. Her practice is driven by a commitment to improving wound healing outcomes and enhancing quality of life for her patients. Haili brings a detail-oriented, evidence-based approach to wound assessment and treatment, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care. Originally from Tennessee, Haili now enjoys life on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, young daughter, and puppy dogs.

Jignesh Parvadia brings over 25 years of comprehensive experience in the medical field, spanning both the Indian and American healthcare systems. He holds dual certification as a board-certified plastic surgeon from India and a Board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the USA. His extensive expertise covers a broad spectrum of medical and surgical disciplines, including complex surgeries, trauma management, microvascular procedures, and reconstructive plastic surgery, with a focus on breast reconstruction and cosmetic surgery. In the USA, he has applied his diverse skills working as a surgical assistant and a dermatology provider. He also possesses specialized knowledge in advanced wound care and hyperbaric medicine. Known for his excellent bedside manners and a passionate commitment to patient-centered care, Jignesh strives to deliver the highest quality, tailored treatment to meet each individual's unique needs. Driven by a commitment to advancing medical knowledge, Jignesh has actively engaged in basic science research focused on diabetic and scarless wound healing. His research findings have been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at various surgical and wound healing society meetings. This unique blend of advanced surgical expertise, specialized nursing skills, and a research background underscores his profound dedication to medical excellence. Known for his compassionate bedside manner, Jignesh is equally devoted to his family. As a proud father of two daughters, he prioritizes quality time with them, whether it's enjoying movies or cheering on his favorite cricket and American football teams. He also cherishes moments in nature, with a deep passion for hiking that has taken him to Pikes Peak, Shenandoah National Park, and Mount Everest Base Camp, as well as relaxing on the beach. Michale Drew is a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for wound care. With 14 years of nursing experience she has a background in family medicine, gerontology, and emergency medicine. She earned her Master’s degree from South University, Georgia in 2024. she has developed a comprehensive understanding of basic disease processes, which she believes is critical in providing effective, holistic care, especially in the field of wound management. Her patient care approach is centered on not only addressing current health issues but also focusing on prevention and long-term health outcomes. She likes to connect with her patients through humor and empathy, creating an environment where patients feel comfortable and understood. She is a proud mom to her 5 year old daughter and they love traveling and riding bikes together. She also enjoys skating, painting, attending live music, and going to Yankees baseball games.

Rachael Proveaux, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience across acute care, outpatient clinics, and home health. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas, Houston, in 2022, and is known for her compassionate, high-quality care and dedication to her patients. Over the past three years, Rachael has focused on dermatology and wound care, combining clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach. Skilled with various EMR systems, she streamlines care delivery and emphasizes education to help patients better understand their health. Committed to lifelong learning, she stays current with medical advancements to provide the most effective treatments. Outside of work, Rachael is a proud Coast Guard spouse of 18 years and mother of two daughters. Her family loves to travel—recently visiting Argentina and Uruguay, with Italy next on the list. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and cycling, and strives to make a lasting difference in every patient’s care journey.

Sherry Philip
APRN, FNP-C
Sherry Philip, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, brings over 18 years of clinical nursing experience, specializing in complex wound assessment and management. She is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices, with a strong skill set in wound assessment, treatment planning, and patient education. Sherry earned her BSN from the School of Medical Education, M.G University in India, and her master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Dominican College, New York. Passionate about staying updated on wound care advancements, she actively participates in continuing education and is a member of several professional organizations. With expertise in both inpatient and outpatient wound care, Sherry also has experience in medical, surgical, and cardiac intensive care, as well as home care services. She prioritizes making her patients feel seen and heard, providing excellent care and involving families in the treatment process. Outside work, Sherry enjoys family time with her husband of 18 years and their three sons, ages 17, 14, and 12. They love traveling and exploring new places together. Her faith and family motivate her to achieve her dreams.

Jeong “Juliette” Kang Park is a family nurse practitioner specializing in wound management. With over a decade of experience in the nursing field, she brings skilled and quality care to every patient. Known for her bright personality, diligence, and compassion, her philosophy is to not only attend to the physical needs of her patients, but to also care for the heart of the person she is treating. Juliette obtained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at University of Florida (2016), and her BSN (UF, 2013) and BS at University of South Florida (2011). Juliette is passionate about wound healing. As she took care of critically ill patients in the Burn ICU, she discovered her love of being a vessel for healing, and for the last 8 years, she has been partnering with patients in their homes to heal their complex, chronic wounds. Juliette loves wound care, because both the process and result are hands-on and tangible. It’s a journey the patient and provider take together, and what a blessing and life changer when the goal is achieved! Mrs. Park is fluent in English and Korean. She lives in Tampa with her husband who is a chaplain and author and their amazing daughter and son. She is a proud and grateful working mom who values the joy in every moment, from playing in puddles after a rainstorm to embarking on new adventures with her family and friends.

Brian Kairalla is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 14 years of clinical experience specializing in wound care, acute care, and preventive medicine. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan, with a particular focus on improving healing outcomes and overall quality of life. Brian earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2011. Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Florida before beginning his healthcare career as an emergency room technician and EMT in 2007. These early frontline experiences laid the foundation for his strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and calm, patient-centered approach in high-acuity environments. Throughout his career, Brian has treated a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions, with extensive hands-on experience managing complex wounds in emergency, urgent care, and post-acute settings. He is skilled in wound assessment, infection management, debridement techniques, and the coordination of multidisciplinary care. Brian is deeply committed to evidence-based practice and believes that addressing the whole patient—including comorbidities, mobility, nutrition, and social factors—is essential to successful wound healing. Brian firmly believes that building trust and rapport with patients leads to better outcomes and more meaningful care experiences. He takes pride in educating patients and caregivers, empowering them to actively participate in the healing process. Outside of work, Brian values time spent with family and community and finds balance through nature and racquet sports, including tennis, pickleball, and table tennis. These interests reflect his belief in lifelong wellness, movement, and connection—principles he strives to model both personally and professionally.

She is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Health and Human Performance and attended the Physician Assistant program at Mercer University in Atlanta, GA. A nationally certified Physician Assistant with a decade of clinical experience, Layne has been practicing exclusively in wound management since 2022. Her commitment to this field is reinforced by her Wound Care Specialist certification through the American Board of Wound Management, reflecting advanced training in the assessment and treatment of acute and chronic wounds. Throughout her career, Layne has developed a strong reputation for combining clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach. She is skilled in managing complex wounds, including diabetic ulcers, venous and arterial insufficiency wounds, pressure injuries, and post-surgical complications. Layne prioritizes evidence-based practices and collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive comprehensive, individualized treatment plans. In addition to being a working professional, Layne is a wife, and a mother to three young boys, a dog, and 15 chickens. She loves her morning coffee, boating, fishing, yard work, and family.
